Advance.ai - Risk Manager

Roles and responsibility : 

This role is the head of country risk team to support the Group CRO in the implementation of risk management framework and governance structures.

The role will work with business units across the company for existing portfolio and new business initiatives and has the exciting opportunity to see the whole picture of fintech business model.

- Build up and head the country risk team including credit underwriting, anti-fraud, data management;

- Work with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document and regularly review risks of all risk types and coach the business to design and implement risk controls;

- Assist Group Risk team with developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators;

- Closely monitor the dynamics in the industry, understand the competitions, market risk and regulatory environment to support decision making;

- Work with external stakeholders to demonstrate our risk management capabilities

Requirements : 

- Degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required.

- 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk Management (credit policy, modelling, MIS & analytics) & Operational Risk Management or a related role from preferably consumer platform (Banks / Non-bank Financial Institutions / Fin-tech)

- 3+ years of team management experience

- Good understanding of banking and fintech products

- Strong communication and presentation skill

- Organizational and communication skills (English communication is mandatory)
