- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team to define the current Fintech/Payment landscape, strategize and execute top business development/partnership opportunities
- Special focus on negotiating deals with Fintech ecosystem - Banks, NBFC, strategic partnerships, merchants, payment gateways, e-commerce - to ensure product adoption & growth, appropriate acquisition channel mix and low cost-of-funds.
- Leverage Atome's business development network and generate new leads as required
- Support the partnership process from building relationships to developing, negotiating and securing contracts.
- Develop a business development plan focused on growing the business through partnerships
- Actively identify prospects/partners across various industries to engage
- Drive deals end-to-end from closure to execution and maintain key relationships at senior levels of small/medium/large bank/NBFCs and businesses;
- Coordinate closely with other internal functions like technical, product, operations and compliance teams to process the connection and collaboration with partners.
II. Requirements:
- University graduate or higher education in relevant fields. MBA from top school (IIM/ISB) preferred
- Minimum 5-years experience in Business development or developing strategic partnerships with banks, NBFC, Fintech, Payment ecosystem, e-commerce or e-banking operation
- Solid knowledge of financial firm operations, electronic payment operations
- Experience in driving and implementing the business project
- Strong partnership network with Bank, NBFC or payment gateway preferred.
