- Good experience in working on unstructured data, advanced algorithms, platforms as well as focus on research and capability development
- Transaction pattern mining and event attribution modeling - Use of Deep Learning and Other
- Speech and Call Data Analytics: Building capabilities on text/speech analytics - to predict the call reasons, sentiments and opportunities to reduce calls, improve the customer experience
- Large Scale Computational Algorithms to convert machine learning solutions into online/real-time solutions
