As a paid campaign manager, you can manage and execute paid digital campaigns across various platforms, such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to generate leads and increase conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage bids for PPC campaigns

- Set up and manage paid social media campaigns to target the right audience and achieve campaign goals

- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement optimisation strategies to increase conversions and reduce costs

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize campaign strategies and stay ahead of the curve

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategies

- Provide regular reports and updates to the team and management on campaign performance and progress towards targets

- Continuously improve campaigns through testing and experimentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing

- Professional Degree/Diploma Equivalent for the course on Social Media Management, Paid Ads and Creation of Digital Media Ecosystem.

- Min 2 years of experience in running paid campaigns on Social Media platforms Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, and Google (This is strictly mandatory).

- Please share your campaign analytics for at least 5 campaigns on each platform mentioned as proof.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign tracking and optimisation

- Familiarity with PPC tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus

- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certification is a plus
