ADP - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

- Oversee and lead a key functional work stream with full responsibility for its performance and success.

- The role requires significant interaction and accountability to Business Unit finance leaders, decision makers and stakeholders.

- Responsibilities include month end close, forecasting, annual operating plan, strategic planning along with ongoing decision support and ad hoc analytics related to these activities.

- The position is also responsible for driving financial best practices and identifying / escalating financial opportunities regarding expense management throughout the organization.

- Has operational responsibility for a team of 5 to 6 associates.

- Also responsible for driving the team into understanding the numbers and coming up with relevant analysis from time to time
