Hiring Engineering Manager who having Experience on working in product company with Microsoft technologies
- Engineering Manager manages the product development team in the R&D department. They take ownership of, and are responsible for, all work produced by that team and have full line management responsibility for the team.
Key responsibilities and accountability :
- Ensure high overall quality of teams work.
- Produce/gather estimates for team activities, and ensure those estimates are met.
- Schedule and ensure the timely delivery of multiple, concurrent, activities within the team.
- Coordinate the design, implementation and stabilization of work undertaken by the team.
- Work closely with other software development Engineering Managers to ensure technical standards are maintained within team.
- Liaise with other departments on work undertaken by team, for example, demonstrating functionality to Technical Writing, coordinating activities with Software Testing, etc.
- Document how functionality developed by team can be used; for example, knowledge base articles, user guides, technical articles, etc.
- Contribute to ongoing development of the software development team's processes, procedures and best practices.
- Interact directly with internal and external customers when required.
- Supervisory HR activities for team; specifically, absence management, disciplinary procedures, performance reviews and assisting with career progression.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new development staff.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or higher university degree program with over 10+ years relevant work experience
- 2 or more years work experience in a project management role
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred.
Nice to have :
- Proven track record delivering high quality results for all aspects of the software development life-cycle within time constraints.
- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and managing the work of others within a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in product development using a standard Framework.
- HRIS system and application knowledge.

- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff. Self-Motivated, team player actions and results oriented.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines
- Excellent English abilities, spoken and written.
