Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving Digital Advertising Sales:
- Responsible for generating and increasing digital advertising sales for Adomantra.
Business Creation in Respective Regions:
- Develop and expand the advertising business in assigned regions.
Expertise in Programmatic & Online Media Sales:
- Proficient in selling across desktop and mobile platforms, utilizing programmatic advertising techniques.
Liaison with Media Buying Agencies:
- Build and maintain relationships with major media buying agencies to facilitate business partnerships.
End-to-End Management of Key Accounts:
- Manage key accounts through acquisition, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing client servicing.
Ownership of Revenue Targets:
- Take ownership of revenue goals and actively work towards achieving them.
Client Relationship Management:
- Independently manage client relations, monitor campaigns daily, and provide strategic recommendations.
Customized Solutions and Pricing:
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and pricing to ensure client acquisition and meet revenue targets.
Internal Collaboration for Business Growth:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce new inventory and solutions to drive business growth.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in Online Advertising: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the online advertising industry.
- Relationship Building: Established relationships with decision-makers in media buying agencies and a proven track record of working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively, analyze data, and solve problems effectively.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box to devise innovative solutions for clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating proposals, presentations, and reports.
