Adobe - Senior Product Manager

Adobe is seeking an experienced and hardworking Senior Product Manager to join Adobe Document Cloud product management team in Noida.

In this role, you will be working with a talented and highly motivated team of product managers responsible for defining the long-term vision and strategy for Adobe Document Cloud apps (including globally renowned products like Acrobat and Adobe Sign) and help in growing the business.

As a product manager for Document cloud, you will help define the strategy and drive the development of products that impact the lives of billion users around the world; you will play the key role of defining product features and communicating requirements with multiple teams and ultimately ensuring that the product meets our customer needs. Strong leadership skills will be required to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.

What you'll Do?

1. Define and champion product vision and strategy for your products.

2. Be a part of the core product management team for Adobe Document Cloud and help drive Adobe's overall product strategy for flagship offerings in this business.

3. Work with highly talented and hardworking engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive success for the business.

4. Execute on the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements by working closely with customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, and senior management.

5. Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis

6. Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap

7. Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap for customer delight and business success

8. Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value

9. Collaborate with engineering teams, marketing, support and partners to deliver the right product to the market

What you need to succeed:

- Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.

- Bachelors in Engineering and MBA (from top b-school (IIM, XLRI, ISB)) or equivalent experience.

- Overall 10 years of experience with a minimum of 7 years of post-MBA experience in a PM is highly desirable.

- Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations

- Demonstrated proficiencies in making data-driven recommendations and drive decisions

- Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.

- Experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment desirable.
