Adobe Photoshop Express and Adobe Express mobile team are seeking a creative, positive, and tech-savvy product manager to help us build mobile AI features in imaging and video for millions of mobile users. You will also be responsible for leading the development and growth of innovative software products in the mobile, image/video, consumer, social, and machine learning/artificial intelligence (ML/AI)/generative AI spaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate, define and execute product strategies, prioritize features, and drive product adoption and success.

What you'll do:

- Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Adobe's overall objectives. Leverage market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

- Generative AI/ML: Use generative AI, machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP) for creating gen-AI related features.

- Mobile and Image/Video: Lead the development of mobile applications and image/video editing tools, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

- Consumer-Centric Focus: Champion a consumer-centric approach by understanding user needs, pain points, and preferences. Continuously gather feedback and iterate on the product to enhance user satisfaction.

- Social Integration: Drive the integration of social features and capabilities within Adobe products to enhance collaboration, sharing, and engagement.

- ML/AI/Generative AI: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to incorporate machine learning, artificial intelligence, and generative AI capabilities into the product to deliver personalized and intelligent experiences.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed product decisions, track key performance metrics, and optimize product features for growth.

- Growth and Product-Led Growth (PLG): Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and product-led growth. Implement user onboarding, feature adoption, and retention tactics.

- Competitive Landscape: Create compelling development proposals that address customer needs and drive business outcomes in close Research and monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to uncover new opportunities and help inform platform strategy.

- Cross team collaboration : Partner with other platform and application groups to build and deliver a roadmap.

What you need to succeed:

- Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products. 8-10+ years of relevant experience in the consumer/mobile/social product management space.

- BE/B.Tech or equivalent, MBA or master's degree preferred.

- A technical background or degree, especially related to AI.

- A passion for innovation, and experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies.

- Drive decision-making by presenting concepts, insights, and key findings to executives and leaders.

- A communication style that combines clarity and persuasiveness with the ability to actively listen and incorporate diverse perspectives. You communicate effectively to senior leaders and peers alike.

- An inclusive and collaborative work style that allows you to guide cross-functional teams to the right results

- Passion for turning vision into reality.

- Analytical abilities to synthesize information from multiple sources to make thoughtful decisions

- Ability to lead large programs in an environment of ambiguity and change with diverse partners across geographies
