The Employee Experience team is part of the larger Customer and Employee Experience organization. This team plays a key role in creating a vibrant and dynamic workplace that reflects our core values. The Employee Experience team helps drive Adobe's success by enabling all of our people to do and be their best. Key areas of focus include Talent Management, Rewards, Business Partnering, Employee Resource Center and Global Workplace Solutions, supported by a strong foundation in operational excellence.
The challenge :
- Our University Hire Rotation Program provides recent graduates with a 6-month opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of Adobe Employee Experience Organization. By taking part in quarterly rotations, People Resources Representatives have the opportunity to try out different orgs, such as ERC, Talent Development, Talent Selection and more. On top of your day job, you'll be supported with customized mentoring and learn how we create great employee experiences at Adobe.

What you'll do :
- Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of HR programs and events.
- Manage day-to-day support operations (e.g., responding to employee questions, run people processes, maintain and update internal websites).
- Conduct data analyses to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and report on organizational trends.
- Help communicate HR information to the team partners and client groups.
- Contribute to and lead projects, including oversight of resources, timelines and deliverable, carry out appropriate (internal/ external) bench marking.
- Conceptualize design options and frameworks for delivery
- Partner with Project mentors to drive implementation.
What you need to succeed :
- MBA (HR) from premier institutes. (FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, TISS, Symbiosis, Delhi School of Economics, NMIMS, XIM, XISS, Shri Ram College of Commerce)
- 2015 & 2016 pass outs only.
- Desire to learn about and develop key skills in the field of HR.
- Flexible work style and approach based on client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and creatively solve problems.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.
