We are looking for Immediate to 30 days notice period maximum.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and utilization of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, ensuring efficient tracking, analysis, and optimization of customer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute strategies using Adobe Target to enhance personalization, improve customer engagement, and drive conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and optimize workflows within the Adobe Experience Platform.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the Adobe suite to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Overall 6+ years with Proven experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is mandatory.
- Proficiency in working with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Certifications in Adobe solutions will be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization within the Adobe suite.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements through Adobe tools in previous roles.
