Adobe CQ5 Architects :

- Should have worked on creating CQ components/templates

- Should have worked on JavaScript frameworks like jQuery & AngularJS

- Should have worked on advanced CQ features like segmentation, campaigns, test & target

- Should have worked on customizing workflows, creating services and third party web service integration

- Should have strong understanding of CQ basics and architecture

- Ability to handle team, participate in discussion and help the team when ever needed

- Should have indepth knowledge of Adobe Campaign Management

- Expert in solution and designing on AEM

- Strong Adobe AEM and Java development experience

- Strong knowledge of slings,OSGi, workflow, JCR repository, Maven, Debugging issues, Caching, Dispatcher etc.

- Leading technical & business discussion with all stakeholders including customer

- Leading team of technical lead and senior developers

Program Management :

- Stakeholder Management

- Need Identification and advisory to client IT team

- Stakeholder Management, Account management

- Reporting and Governance

- Account Mining (Explore new business from client)
