Work timings for this position will be 2 p.m to 11 p.m

What you'll do :

- Develop guidelines related to coaching Employees and Managers.

- Provide additional coaching on performance management and policy violation issues on a case-by-case basis and guide Managers on future courses of action.

- Coach Managers regarding documentation and proceedings associated with identified actions and review plans with Legal to ensure compliance with local requirements.

- Facilitate the CAP process by providing necessary coaching to Managers, participating in joint meetings to communicate CAP to Employees, partner with Managers to monitor CAP progress and check in with Employees.

- Analyze complaints based on inputs from relevant stakeholders, prepare investigation, plan and conduct investigations in consultation with Legal and other stakeholders.

- Review investigation findings with Legal and COE to determine, implement and communicate recommended actions to appropriate stakeholders.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assess and investigate cases of Conflict Resolution in line with local processes.

- Monitor Voluntary Separations and engage in retention-related discussions with key talent

- Manage RIF process

- Formulate action plans and provide necessary coaching to Managers for implementation post Employee pulse surveys and local dipsticks

- Identify retention needs and collaborate with BPs & COEs in developing appropriate retention strategies

- Execute and monitor implementation of retention strategies and provide coaching to Managers

- Coach, counsel, and educate Managers at all three stages of Check-In

- Provide analysis and insights to Business Partners to support the development of the People Strategy

What you need to succeed :

- MBA with 5-8 years of experience of working in the People Resources (HR) domain as an Employee Relations Specialist or HR Business Partner with specific experience in coaching employees and managers on Employee relations.

- Should have experience in IT/ITeS Sector

- Above average communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible

- Good reasoning ability and sound judgment

- High energy level, comfortable in multitasking

- Should be familiar with documentation of employee issues
