Adobe - Consultant - Business Intelligence - Advance Analytics

BI Consultant is responsible for assisting in the data collection, data analysis, generate insights through statistical models for supporting various departments and functions in Adobe Customer Success (ACS). The BI Consultant as an Individual Contributor operates with broad latitude and independent judgment under general guidance from the Manager - Performance Management, ACS.

Responsibilities :

- Learn, understand the existing data and products and know how, when and which data sources to use

- Contributing in all kind of product and business data analysis for stakeholders of ACS

- Understand various business lines, goals and problems and come up with reports, trends and insights to identify possible opportunities/threats

- Contribute in implementing best-suited processes and tools (for dashboards, visualization, charts, graphs) to bring automation in Business and Data Analytics

- Publish regular reports, trends and dashboard for business/product metrics and KPIs

- Mentor and guide young data analysts

- Regularly provide inputs through analysis, recommendations and insights to key stakeholders for strategic planning

Requirements :

- Master (MBA, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS or related field preferred) with 5-8 years of experience in heavy business data analysis

- 3+ years of experience in data analytics role involving responsibility of querying/extracting/collating and generating insights

- Very strong analytics skills - ability to start from unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, breakdown or combine data to make detailed analysis, arrive at trends/insights and suggest recommendations

- Experience of statistical tools like R and statistical techniques like Regression, Cluster Analysis & Time Series Forecasting, etc.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel/Presentation and exposure to reporting/visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Microsoft BI Platform

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment with tight deadlines

- Superior communication (both oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills

- "Self-starter" personality with ability to self-motivate in fast paced environment.
