Role Summary / Purpose:
- Consumer Insights Manager will lead the Research & Insights team across 5 Geographies collaborating with the sales team, clients and executing the requirement with the help of the Consumer Insights team.
- Consumer Insights Manager should be able to envision the research and consumer insight requirement across geographies and interact with the sales team to identify market segments and geographies for developing consumer insights.
The key job responsibilities are:
- Identify Market Segments and Geographies for developing consumer insights
- Collaborate with Sales team to understand their specific requirements and geographic needs
- Brainstorm, Storyboard and Visualize the insights
- Oversee a team of analysts to ensure that the deliverable's are on time
- Ideate on the next big research basis vertical feedback and interest level per geography

Reporting to (Primary) : Director, Marketing & Research
Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience in the field.
Education:
- Bachelors/Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, MBA, or any quantitative discipline.

About this role or Key Result Areas:
- Lead the Consumer Research team across different geographies
- Define the annual Consumer Research plan and oversee the execution
- Collaborate with Sales team with Marketing Collateral's for various clients
- Envisage new data that can be collected and additional insights that would be helpful to the clients
- Enhance the insights across campaigns in different markets and share these with the sales team
- Come up with research ideas for the ongoing campaigns for client case studies.
- Ideate and close research partnerships.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a research analyst role, involving some of the following: data analytics, business intelligence, consumer research
- Intuitive grasp of data and strong with Excel
- Experience in interpreting data and analytics results to provide actionable and visual insights into consumer behavior
- Ability to manage several projects at once.
- Outstanding communication skills-both written and spoken. Soft Skills: Team Player, Self-Starter.
