Admission Head (Luxury Sales Background)
THE ROLE
The role of the Admissions Head in the admission process will be pivotal. She will be a mentor or a guide to the potential parent. Responsibility of the admission counsellor is to influence potential parents to have their children enrolled in the programs offered by the school by giving them correct and complete information about the programs in the school and the admission process. She will be responsible to source new prospective opportunities and close the admissions to achieve targets and will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects and maximising the number of admissions, while working under the supervision of the Principal of the school.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the complete sales life cycle for admissions leads assigned to her and her team. This will include understanding the student and parents' profile, identifying needs / challenges of individual parents, pitching the selling points in a
Solution Based Approach, closing a sale, and post-sales relationship management.
- Provide high-quality, personalised counselling to prospective parents.
- Explain the positioning and USP of Elpro International School.
- Execute prompt inquiries, and follow-up with leads through phone and emails.
- Efficiently manage time to maximise the offline and online interactions with the parents.
- Convert meetings into admissions.
- Provide exceptional service and support to prospective parents, throughout the admission process.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle queries, doubts and feedback from parents.
- Reflect, analyse and discuss the reason for a prospective parent not opting for the school.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and changes in the education landscape.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEExperience & Education - 10+ years of experience in Sales of high value products or services
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Concept / Solution Sales
- Experience in high end luxury products would be a plus. This may include high end luxury consumer goods, automobiles, fashion, real estate etc.
- A Master's degree in any Business
Behavioural Competencies - Should possess a strong commercial bent of mind to own a specific target for admissions and achieve it.
- Be self-driven and able to motivate the team to maintain an optimum rate of conversion of enquiries.
- Should have assertive convincing skills to mentor and coach the parents.
- Should have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
