Main Function
The position will be working within a small, dynamic and global HR department led by the Head of HR (NY).
Responsibilities:
- Data management, regular review and checks of employee data in Workday
- Daily communication with colleagues in Global Offices
- Responsible for the onboarding of employees (e.g. background screening, payroll and benefit enrollment, IT setup)
- Manage leaver process, including equipment return and resignation acknowledgment letters
- Responsible for responding to all HR enquiries distribution list
- Maintain and update employee personnel files (electronic and hard copy)
- Assist with immigration cases for new hires or movers and visa status for current employees
- Supply employment verification, and reference letters as and when required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Must have Skills:
- A highly organised individual with experience in HR
- Understands the importance of maintaining accurate data and HR files
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-assured and able to use own initiative
- Exceptional strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
- Previous Financial Services experience

- Degree educated
