Admin Executive
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs
Salary : 4 - 8 LPA
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Admin & Facilities
- Maintenance of Annual Maintenance Contracts
- Processing Invoices for Admin Purchases, Services & facilities
- Distribution, House-keeping & Co-ordination
- Office Set-Ups whenever required
- Event Management whenever required along with HR
- Storage & Record keeping Management
- MIS Reporting to Facilities Manager
- Admin Compliance in terms of safety, hazards
- Well aware of the evacuation plans and first aid techniques along with support
- Handle travel desk
- Willingness to extend as per work load
- Open to travel to different location
