Admin Security & Vigilance - Bank

We are looking to hire candidate for one of our clients, a leading private sector bank in Mumbai for the position of AVP - Admin Security & Vigilance.

Work Experience :

- Ex - officer/ Ex - servicemen from the Army background is desirable (should have retired from Army Major Rank and onwards).

- Strengthening Security Management Services and Intelligence Network

- Well versed in security functions and able to manage security personnel

- Conceptualize, design and implement suitable Security & safety systems & procedures.

- Formulate effective plans, systems & procedures and ensure implementation of it at all levels for protecting critical assets, personnel, building, material and information.

- Keep pace with the day-to-day changing security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Handling activities related to security to safeguard high-value assets of the organization.

- Mitigating ways to tackle risks by careful conceptualization and implementation of security plans and procedures for day to day tasks as well as contingency.

- Ensure overall Security of the premises.

- Supervise Safety, Security of the premises, Inwards & Outwards, Fire Fighting, House Keeping, Posting of sentries and ensuring Night Patrolling etc.

- Administration and documentation of Security dept. Exercise Vigilance over entire operations.

- Planning of Security protocols.

- Crisis Management.
