Admin Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Health: Oversee hygiene, cleanliness, pest control, and air quality. Immediate incident reporting and quarterly updates to the MD.
- Office Logistics: Manage office logistics including furniture, stationery, pantry supplies, meeting rooms, couriers, and internal transfers.
- Liaison: Coordinate with government authorities, local interest groups, and law enforcement.
- Protocol Management: Handle guest reception, pickup, ticketing, accommodation, media ads, and press briefings.
- Event Management: Organize social events, catering, and invitations.
- Utilities Management: Oversee power, water, phones, lifts, billing, and maintenance contracts.
- Transport Coordination: Manage ticketing, hotel arrangements, and visa
