- Manage employee life cycle processes in terms of Hiring, Confirmation, Appraisal Process, Promotion,
- Termination and Exit Formalities / Full and Final Settlements and record management
- Interact and coordinate with Global HR Manager ( USA ) in employee hire to retire cycle.
- Responsible for agency relationship management, vendor management etc. Managing the job portals like Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn.
- Manage monthly payroll and leave of the employees.
- Prepare the invitation letters for employee for Visa purpose.
- Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements to HR process and Knowledge Management.
- Performance Management Development Program (PMDP) : Ensure all employees are taken through their goals and individual goal sheets are prepared. Ensure one to one discussion of individual employees with the managers and timely completion of quarterly and final year appraisals.
- Implement HR Policies / Processes which is aligned to meet the Business/Function objectives on the basis of Benchmark practices within the Current Industry/Market.
- Driving the health, employee's safety and welfare related activities and initiatives.
- Responsible for driving the Star Awards and spotlight awards play a major role in structuring the awards types and creating a plan for award money pay-out depending on budget availability.
- Grievance handling and conflict & dispute management.
