Work Location : Pune (Pune IT Park - Bopodi)

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

- Interacting with clients to understand their requirements and mapping those to our product architecture.

- Creating user stories and functional specification documents as a part of requirement gathering.

- Liaising with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze, design, configure and test the application.

- Offering a consultative approach to recommend best practices in adoption and use of the system by clients.

- Designing, developing, testing and delivering insightful and advanced visualizations using Tableau Desktop.

- Ability to write complex SQL queries to prepare data for Tableau visualizations.

- Performing UAT and testing of new functionalities.

- Delivering demos and training to end-users.

- Working across geographies and time zones.

Our requirements :

- 8 to 15 years of industry experience.

- 6 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Exposure and experience in the Pharma / LifeSciences domain would be an added advantage.

- Strong database concepts.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative approach and demonstrated client focus.

- Willingness to travel onsite.

- Great attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of SharePoint functionality and SharePoint lists.

- Familiarity with Tableau Server capabilities including setting permissions, managing workbooks and data sources, and API capabilities.

- Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop, preferably Tableau 9.0. - PREFERRED
