Aditya Birla - Team Member - Strategy - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI/MDI

Job Purpose:

To participate as team members on various strategic initiatives relating to existing Group businesses, planning and execution of Group's entry into new businesses and geographies. Identification of M & A, JV & review Group's business portfolio leading to overall Group's growth.

Key Accountabilities:

Identifying & evaluating strategic options like Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances, Merger & Acquisition options etc

Negotiating joint ventures & strategic alliances to closure

Negotiate for M & A to bring the deal up to the transaction phase

Lead coordinate & handhold deals to closure

Identifying new geographies & creating business opportunities in this geography

Identifying, evaluating new business opportunities and owing and developing the business till a management team is identified.

Develop Group strategies

Developing strategic plans for businesses

Developing center of excellence on competition

Reviewing strategic plans, projects, expansion initiatives & manage post merger integration (PMI)

Education :

MBA (From premier institute)
