Job Purpose :
To manage key Rewards & Benefits Processes such as Global Mobility, LTIP operations, and independently lead sub processes in design and delivery of Executive Compensation and Variable Pay Plan Framework & Designs at the Group Level across geographies.
Key Accountabilities :
Global Mobility Desk (Intra country and International) - (global set up inter portfolios):
- To Lead the Global Mobility Project which entails developing Group's Mobility Value proposition, framework development and designing of customized policies basis the different segment within mobility
- To lead development of Global Mobility Governance and Service delivery model for ABG
- To develop Mobility processes for the group and lead the technology enablement through either existing Poornata system or bolt-on solutions available in the market
- To empanel best in class Mobility service providers for Operations setup to ensure high touch experience for the assignees
- To project manage the global mobility project and execute it within the defined timelines and budget
LTIP operations rollout (active supervision of AVP Rewards) (New Set-up)
- To support LTIP rollout and communication to the employees in the business
- To design employee communication drafts for LTIP communication
- To lead set up of LTIP Operations Desk by designing processes and governance framework for service delivery.
- To assist team lead with base level review and simulations
- To assist in setting up reporting dashboards and MIS w.r.t. LTIP
- To lead sub-processes, Executive Remuneration review, policy communication.
- To benchmark ABG executive compensation with that of the market (Global/Regional) on remuneration information as well as remuneration practices
- To assist the executive compensation review process from proposal formation to rollout. To administer variable pay computations and payouts for executives
- To design Group process on executive remuneration and review/update on periodic basis
- To assist in developing V Pay incentive design for executives
- To put together first draft of compensation proposal for new executives & transfer cases.
- For Individual cases & queries interpret the applicable policies & put together documentation for board approval and support executive communication
Variable Pay Plan framework & Design development :
- To design the Group V Pay Processes and review/update on periodic basis
- To review, assist in design formation for select set of big businesses of ABG
- Continually, review to ensure that such plans are competitive vis- -vis market, aligned to the business objectives
- To scan the global databases on short term incentive plan designs, generate insights and feed into the group POV
- To support AVP Rewards, Annual Compensation Review and other reward assignments.
- To assist in review of annual compensation proposals for Novelis and Carbon Black Business
