Job Role:

Participate and support in M&A activities undertaken by the Group Businesses by conducting legal due diligence, drafting/reviewing transaction and ancillary documents and to facilitate in achieving the business purpose.

Draft, review or structure agreements to mitigate the risks of the Group Businesses

Provide legal advisory services, ensure compliance mechanism to Group Businesses on - Laws relating to Product Declaration- and also creating awareness.

Effectively managing the litigation involving Group Businesses by reviewing the facts, assessing the merits, highlighting risks and suggest the way forward to minimize risk.
