Team Lead - Legal

- To promote and safeguard group business interests by providing legal advisory services to all group Companies on any issue.

- To draft and evaluate business/legal documents.

- To provide support in litigation as required by various group entities.

- Participate in mergers acquisition and other restructuring exercise of the Group.

- To be chief resource person for litigation and arbitration.

- Participate in the teams formed for mergers acquisitions divestment's acquisition and other restructuring exercises of the Group and provide legal assistance and advice.

- Review Scheme of Arrangement and other legal documents also conduct legal due diligence.

- Draft evaluate negotiate and finalize different types of legal / business documents in consultation with the group entities.

- Provide legal advisory services to Group companies on specific legal issues.

- Development & Training

- Undertake legal audit to ensure compliance of legal matters as and when required.
