MANDATORY Requirements (pls. do not apply if credentials do not meet the below):

- Prior Experience in Product Development or Credit Policy in Lending Business

- MBA from premier B-School: IIM/ XLRI/ NITIE/ FMS/ JBIMS/ ISB

- Min. 4-7 years of experience in lending in Banking / NBFC with mandatory stint in products for Capital Market (lending) / SME / Mortgages

- Additional Strengths: Prior experience in Process development would be considered, but not without experience in Product Development.
