Group Human Resources' (Group HR) role is focused on creating stakeholder value through superior organisational and people capability, in line with the strategic direction of the Group. While preparing the Group for future growth and globalisation through appropriate people processes and initiatives, Group HR is also the key process owner of the Aditya Birla Group employer brand, induction and development of senior talent in the Group, articulation and guidance of its people vision, the organisation culture and Group values.

Job Purpose:

- Finalize GLEAM (Group Learning Excellence & Application Management) for learning programs from initiation to impact. GLEAM is a Quality assurance approach to Learning Excellence as a process. It is a common framework developed by the team which will be used to get to the business impact of all programs running at Gyanodaya.

- Give inputs to Program Directors on necessary modifications / alterations on the programs: Be part of all the programs sessions (at least once) when they are being delivered to the participants and suggest how some aspects can be done better or can be altered.

- Actual tracking of sustained learning: Using GLEAM, actually track the sustained learning for all programs assigned.

- Actual tracking of the learning journey of each participant over the months of delivery: Observe each individual participant during the session and during the post program webinars and apprise the program director on the learning journey of the participant.

- Communication & follow up with Program Participants (less than 10% of the time)

Desired Qualification: Masters in Psychology or equivalent.

Experience: 2-4 years overall exp. out of which at least 1-2 years in Learning & Development
