Role : Identify risks originating from failures due to people, process, system and external events on a regular basis  Key Responsibilities :   - Conduct risk audits for all functions to identify risk originating from failures due to people, process, system and external events  - Categorization of identified risks in High, Medium & Low severity and build mitigation plan to avoid future risk incidences  - Prepare Risk register and check on regular basis  - Prepare Risk Control Self Assessment(RCSA) for various functions and drive.  - Providing support/documents/details as required by the auditors conducting related to Statutory, Internal, CISA, RBI, other regulatory audits  Other Responsibilities :   - Customer risk profiling basis of transaction pattern.  - Close-looping high risk instances through training, blocking etc. for involved participants
