To develop a distinctive marketing strategy in line with the Brand vision and positioning through focused consumer insights, effective communication of brand expression and PR activities to build and strengthen the Brand Equity.
- Customer engagement: Loyalty programs, campaign effectiveness
- Understand, define & continuously track evolving consumer needs
- Build a system to monitor brand performance
- Build an efficient marketing budget & execute on agreed brand objectives
- Develop relationships with agency partners to build & execute communication & marketing plans
- Efficiency in marketing processes
Essential Competencies
- Ability to observe consumers and utilizing the knowledge of our offering articulate a competitive proposition
- Decent qualitative and quantitative skill set: ability to ask right questions quantitatively and articulate emerging insights
- Exposure to campaign management and agency management
Experience: 5 to 8 years of marketing experience
Industries: FMCG / Consumer Durables / Liquor / Automobiles / Telecom / Apparel / Electronic / Luxury goods / Advertising agencies
