Key Accountabilities -

1. Build a continuous pipeline of Innovation projects focused on Business Priorities. Proactively engage with Start up and Partner ecosystem and OEMs to identify, evaluate, get business traction to run Pilots / POCs to expedite go / no go decisions.

2. Support Businesses in implementation / rollout. To help wrt developing Business Case, resolve any project road blocks and realisation of benefits. Work with IT teams in Business and Group to facilitate issues like adoption, integration, security, knowledge transfer and Contracts.

3. Work with every Business to identify Step Change Opportunities through Innovation. Drive culture of Systematic Innovation through formal approaches / Workshops (RWW, Job flow etc). Drive knowledge transfer from ABG internal and External examples to tap low hanging / quick wins.

4. Play Catalyst role for adoption of Customer facing esp. Business Model Disruptive Innovations e.g. Mobile Wallets. Actively work with Business and Corporate Teams e.g. Corp Strategy - to be the GO TO person on underlying Technologies like Internet of Things or Cyber Security.

1. Strong Techno Commercial acumen - to spot a Great Idea and to frame it in Business context

2. Strong internal and external networking and collaboration skills

3. Result oriented, Team Player

Age - Should not be more than 45 years

Experience - 15-20 years Can be in India and Overseas with mix of end User, Consulting or Start up

Qualifications - Engineer and MBA from premium Institute
