Group Human Resources' (Group HR) role is focused on creating stakeholder value through superior organisational and people capability, in line with the strategic direction of the Group. While preparing the Group for future growth and globalisation through appropriate people processes and initiatives, Group HR is also the key process owner of the Aditya Birla Group employer brand, induction and development of senior talent in the Group, articulation and guidance of its people vision, the organisation culture and Group values.

Job Purpose:

The Group has implemented a PeopleSoft 9.2 HRMS ERP, Taleo & Cornerstone across most of the existing businesses in India and overseas. The system is in different stages of maturity across the Group. We have implemented Workforce Administration, Leave & Attendance Management, Position Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Enterprise Learning, Talent Management, Benefits Admin, Compensation & Payroll.

Vision:

- To be an integral part of every ABG employee's life cycle giving them ease & flexibility to operate effectively.

- To be an integrated, seamless solution for robust & rapid deployment of HR processes and enabling better and speedy decision making across ABG wrt the covered population

Accountabilities (Multiple Positions):

- Develop and review user requirements to ensure that all user requirements are correctly documented & communicated.

- Develop and review specific module / sub-module documentation and user manuals.

- Ensure detailed module / sub-module testing before the product goes live.

- User training for specific modules.

- Ensure effective utilization of Poornata across specific businesses & across specific modules.

- Functional Accountability for Compensation/Payroll/other new modules.

- Technical development on new modules/projects wrt Compensation & Payroll.

- Engage with 3-4 businesses to gather HRMS solutions that would be required, and develop solutions/processes to streamline HR processes in businesses.

- HR Reporting & Analytics Implementation & Maintenance.
