Group Information Technology

Group Information Technology (Group IT) works closely with businesses, corporate functions and partners, providing strategic direction and thought leadership to the Group's IT initiatives. It is responsible for formulating and administering IT policies covering standards, information risk management and governance.
Group IT has deep roots in each of our businesses - thanks to the bias for driving business value from world-class technology and above all the quality of our people. IT has underpinned our Group's business growth trajectory and will continue to - while seamlessly integrating innovation and transformation agenda.

Group IT manages the Centre of Excellence and Global Shared Help Desk for supporting enterprise-wide business applications including SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management practices. It engages with business transformation projects in deploying enterprise architecture, best practices and platforms like Cloud, Mobility, Analytics and Social Media.

Academic Qualification :

- BE / CA / MCA with PG Qualifications in Management or Technology with consistently high grades from reputed institutes in India or overseas

Experience : As CIO in an MNC with exposure in large SAP Implementation in multicountries for a very large conglomerate/global MNC.

- As Delivery Head in a large consulting/IT firm iwith exposure in large SAP Implementation multicontries.
Location Manufacturing Organisation or a Delivery / Consulting Head in System Integration / Management
Consulting firm with hands on experience in Design, Development andImplementation of Enterprise Solutions in large multi Business, multi location context. Exposure to Global / multi cultural environment is preferred.

Technical Skill set :

- SAP/ERP, Hyperion/Cognos/BO, Peoplesoft, MES, Analytics/SAS

Functional Skills :

- Business Value of IT Measurement, Program and Project Management, Biz Process Expertise in Supply Chain, Customer Management or Manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Provide Thought and Action Leadership to deliver Business Value from existing and new Enterprise wide Business Solutions - leveraging Group Synergy, Best Practices, Partnerships

2. Drive Continuous stream of Innovations and Business Transformation for Value Creation and Revenue Generation with Centre of Excellence focused on Business / Sector Priorities

3. Anticipate and Build COE Practices, Process, Competency and Technology skills to deliver on above expectations. Set the platform for delivering results with Business Leadership like IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Business Value of IT framework.
