Job Description :
- Design and institutionalise the talent requirement matrix for ABML
- To ensure that hiring is as per the defined TATs, within cost and manpower budget.
- Drive defined HR processes to increase employee retention at branches / regions / zones
- Define & drive processes to enhance new joinees experience at Branch / Region / Zone level
- Ensuring HR presence and impact in the segment by working closely with the Business Managers and other support functions.
- Driving of HR policies & processes, ensuring business goals are met, talent acquisition & aligning HR strategy and execution with business strategy
- Creating an employee connect with HR across all regions and partner with other support functions for a uniform experience to the employee.
- Drive initiatives to develop an open & transparent work environment and build a strong organisational culture across regions and zones.
- Implement employee engagement and career growth opportunities across to create a performance driven workforce.
- Ensure prompt resolution of all ER issues which may come up from time to time and ensure compliance of labour laws.
- Ensure Compliance of all Labour Laws & Statutes and drive action on all people issues under the norms of fair justice and law.
- Facilitate development of skills of sub-ordinates to enable them to perform and achieve their KRA as well as take on higher responsibilities
