Description -

1. Plan, organize, co-ordinate and monitor Civil maintenance, Civil Capex Jobs, Horticulture development work in plant and colony to enhance

site ambiance and meet environment norms.

2. Monitor and control all the cost of civil project & maintenance activities to avoid cost over runs.

3. People management to improve productivity, growth and motivation level of employees to institutionalising best practices in the unit.

4.Evaluation of Civil Capex Jobs for feasibility, design an cost estimates for decision making.

5.Co-ordinate for preparation of tender documents.

Qualifications - Graduate in Civil Engineering

Experience Level - 16 - 20 Years
