- To manage the compensation & benefits and HR operations programs, liaise with all level of employees to ensure there is consistent understanding and buy in for C&B programs.
- To manage collection of MIS data from different sources in order to undertake analysis of data and support the documentation and dissemination of reports generated for monitoring HR performance, business productivity and Sales Incentives.
- Responsible for calculation of all sales incentives, monitoring employee performance/productivity, Liaise with business management to drive measures for enhancing productivity
- To support in preparing several reports for the top management, HR reviews, board presentation, budgeting reviews, etc.
- Drive the execution of annual performance management and annual compensation review cycles.
