- The purpose of the role is to contribute towards designing the sales compensation, including incentives, to increase variabilization as well as aligning the sales progression program to the desired business outcomes of the life insurance vertical of Aditya Birla Capital. In addition to this the role holder will also be responsible to drive Attrition and Productivity outcomes for all Sales Channels. - Design the sales compensation structure for defined roles - Design / modify the existing incentive structure for defined roles - Design / modify the Sales Progression program for FLS - Carry out analysis on effectiveness and impact of program and initiatives - HR Analytics to increase productivity and reduce attrition at ABSLI
