Accountabilities -
1. Talent Acquisition -
- Lead the staffing for the set of stores across the roles of fashion assistant, department managers, store manager & support functions.
- New store hiring & training as per the norms.
2. HR Operations :
- Drive the brilliant at basics - system hiring, separations, confirmations, incentive pay-outs, payroll management.
3. Capability Building Execute on the new hire training.
- Lead the TNA and execute on store specific learning interventions and impact measurement.
4. Talent Management :
- Facilitate the career progression programs at the stores across functions and levels- identify, develop & assess.
5. PMS :
- Ensure KRA awareness among the employees and drive the quarterly PMS process along with post facto analysis & development.
6. Manning & Productivity:
- Execute on the manning at stores based on the productivity norms.
- Manpower Cost Own the manpower cost for the area and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Attrition Management Tracking & analysis of the in-store Attrition.
- Diagnose reasons and execute on the mitigation plan.
7. Employee Engagement :
- Employee Engagement calendar ideation & execution across stores.
8. Compliance:
- Monitor & drive adherence to the labour compliance and ensure
- Employee Relations Liaise with the ER lead to drive discipline & manage misconducts and violations, domestic inquiry proceedings and related actions among the union employees.
