Job Context: This role is responsible for:
- Driving the integration of retail and corporate learning functions into a unified Center of Excellence (COE) for Learning.
- Leading the development and execution of comprehensive learning and development strategies for both corporate and retail employees.
- Aligning L&D initiatives with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and capability building.
- Ensuring the effective management of the L&D budget and optimizing resources to deliver impactful training programs.

- Overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee performance and contribute to business success.
