Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail - Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

1) Job Purpose:

To build an integrated, best in class Warehousing Operations enabling challenges within a scaling Business to improve Customer Satisfaction and Service Levels

2) Job Context:

- Stakeholder Management: - Facilitating coordination between various internal/external stakeholders for New emerging channels like Ecommerce/Non-Trade, commercial, and product teams.

- Leadership: - Build and Lead Team to drive Process Excellence for serviceability of Orders to improve Customer Satisfaction and Service Levels.

- Capacity Planning: Responsible for Capacity and Manpower Planning on short term and Long-term basis to drive efficiency and reduce cost.

- Metrics: - Responsible for Key Supply Chain Metrics like Order Fulfilment Lead Time /Fulfilment Accuracy Rate/Order Fill Rate.

- Analytics: - Responsible for Productivity Dashboards and Insightful reports for visibility across WH Metrics (Serviceability /Billing /Fill Rate /Free Stock Reports)

- Projects: - Drive Productivity via Process Excellence /Automation Projects .

4) Key Result Areas:

People Development & Engagement:

- Build and Lead Team to drive Process Excellence for serviceability of Orders & Improvement of Fill Rates.

- Establish a culture of Health and Safety across the WH

WH Cost/Order and Process Excellence :

- Drive Excellence projects to enable World Class B2C Supply Chain and WH Operations.

- Lead all aspects of WH Operations for Non-Trade/New emerging Channels (Ecommerce / EBO).

- Responsible for Supply Chain Metrics like Order Fulfilment Lead Time /Fulfilment Accuracy Rate.

Serviceability of Orders :

- Work closely with the Sales/Product team for serviceability of orders and Improvement of fill rates.

- Ensure Productivity reports/Dashboards are shared daily/Weekly /Monthly to internal.

Stake holders /Management :

- Lead the Functional Transition to set up best in class capability and Processes via Digitalization and Automation
