Job Purpose:

To assist the Business Audit Head (BAH) in identifying & mitigating risks in the assigned units of the group, by conducting & supervising internal audits and monitoring compliance for improving effectiveness of internal control systems at assigned units.

Accountability:

- To prepare internal audit plan for assigned units under guidance from the BAH for performing systematic audits during the year.

- To perform & supervise audits independently as per plan as assigned by the BAH for ensuring effective internal controls across business processes.

- To improve quality & effectiveness of audit for consistent audit outcomes and achieving higher benchmarks.

- To monitor implementation / compliance practices for ensuring robust compliance of policies & better internal control.

- To provide adequate training to the audit team members for auditing independently.

- To work closely with internal CFOs, department heads, & external auditors as & when required.

Experience - 8-10 years post qualification

Qualification - CA
