Lead - Talent Acquisition This is a part of the Talent staffing Centre of Excellence where you will be responsible for end to end hiring for one the lines of Business ( Eg NBFC, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, AMC etc) Key Responsibilities : - Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent for relevant openings - Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program - Scour job search websites/Social Media for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally - Program Management of the interview process for fast closures of candidatures. ( From sourcing to Offer to Onboarding) - Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process - Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees - Working with the senior Functional leaders to identify potential candidates for fast moving roles. - Using their network to Head hunt specialist profiles - We are looking at passionate individuals in the TA space who are looking at growing their careers in the BFSI sgement
