- The primary purpose of this role is to design & implement structured campus engagement initiatives across campuses to build ABG brand & attract best talent.
- Involves managing hiring process end to end to bring in the best talent from the select B-Schools in India & International. To run Group Internship program management.
- Finalizing recruitment process to be used for hiring, based on process planning & managing the training for the hiring panel.
- Engaging with the Campuses to get a good slot for ABG during the recruitment process. Requires operating in structured & calendarised manner as per the timelines on campus.
- Managing the hiring process end to end on campus & ensuring process compliance for both Indian & International campuses.
- Campus Engagement - to design & implement a structured calendar of specific initiatives on each of the campus. Act as a Single Point of Contact for all the initiatives on campus.
- Social media for campus engagement - Designing & implementing a media strategy to including print & social media to create presence virtually.
- Managing ABG Leadership series - an initiative which involves taking 6 Business Heads to campus every year. Interacting with campuses to ensure ABG managers go to campus as for a guest lecture.
- Responsible for timely & accurate completion of all annual & mid-year compensation review related processes.
- Design various initiatives to strengthen recognition of employees for achievements
