Aditya Birla - Business Intelligence Qlikview

Job Purpose:

- Manage and sustain Business Intelligence instances in the Group

- Be a subject matter expert in BI Products

- Enhance use of BI solutions to maximize business value

- Standardisation across the Group by implementation of Best Practices

- Develop Governance and Standards framework for BI

- Conduct benchmarking exercise for ABG BI solutions both internally and with external reference customers.

- Be a part of the Centre of Excellence and provide services in the area of BI Reporting through Qlikview so that businesses are able to take a faster decision-Implementation of Qlikview Based BI reporting Solution-Sustenance of existing implementations-Manage the Qlikview helpdesk-Competency Building-POC / Roll out / Standardization

Accountability:

- Implementation of BI solutions by analyzing and documenting business processes, set up platform for roll out across the group etc

- Conduct benchmarking exercise for ABG BI solutions both internally and with external reference customers

- Sustain & Manage the BI instances in the Group by maintaining SLAs & troubleshoot all calls received from businesses

- Competency Building by conducting refresher courses for businesses & setup platform for knowledge sharing

Location: Mumbai

Education: MBA Finance

Experience: 2-3 yrs post MBA qualification only

Required knowledge: hands-on with Qlikview, tableau products of BI
