Qualification : MBA (preferred from Premium Institute)
- Develop a mechanism to assess & improve Marketing Capability across the group.
- Continuously identify the right fit of processes both for B2B businesses.
- Pilot out the newly designed Customer Centric Process in the businesses.
- Develop the marketing frame work for each business and understand overlaps and differences.
- Creating, monitoring metrics for measuring Marketing excellence, evaluating progress against the same and adapting the programme accordingly.
