Aditya Birla - Assistant Manager - Legal

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Draft and review IT / International contracts relating to goods, services & employee/contract labour

- Deal with Civil Litigation: List of all pending cases, briefing the lawyers, to initiate legal actions to protect and safeguard Organization's interest, to defend any legal actions initiated against the Organisation

- Due Diligence: Title investigation of the properties (which ABNL intends to acquire) in order to ensure that ABNL is entering into agreements with proper/competent person who has right to let such property/shop/retail space to ABNL for retailing purpose

- Risk Highlighting: Highlighting legal risk involved in the project properties which ABNL intends to acquire

Essential Requirements:

- Graduate in Law and Post grade in Business laws/IT laws/International Trade/Labour Laws

- Experience between 5 to 10 years (Minimum 2 years experience in court, 3-4 yrs of corporate/law firm ) preferably exposure to IT laws/Social Media Contracts

- Excellent academic performance

- Excellent communication skills
