Group Human Resources' (Group HR) role is focused on creating stakeholder value through superior organisational and people capability, in line with the strategic direction of the Group. While preparing the Group for future growth and globalisation through appropriate people processes and initiatives, Group HR is also the key process owner of the Aditya Birla Group employer brand, induction and development of senior talent in the Group, articulation and guidance of its people vision, the organisation culture and Group values.

Job Purpose:

- Run the strategic workforce planning for businesses. Understand the business specific variations and incorporate necessary assumptions in the tool.

- Come up with insights on the analysis

- Timely Highlight deviations encountered while running the tools

- Other HR analytics work as and when required for businesses

Desired Qualification: Masters in Maths/Statistics or BE/B.Tech or Equivalent + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience: 2-3 years overall exp. in Analytics (preferably in HR related analytics). Descent communication skills as this job will involve a lot of interaction with businesses.
