This position is in our Group Information Technology (Group IT) team, which works closely with businesses, corporate functions and partners, providing strategic direction and thought leadership to the Group's IT initiatives.

Job Purpose:

- To Drive governance, compliance & service operations in area of End point security, Secure mail & Secure internet access services catering to 35,000+users spread across all ABG businesses on AVBIH.

- This Job role performs consistent review of new security threats & related technologies in order to implement effective security controls & delivery of 100 % availability & reliability of IT services.

- In absence of this job role, there will be a major threat of propagation of virus, spam mail incidents & data loss which can severely impact business operations and will further result into financial loss and reputation issues for the organization.

- This job role ensures standardization of processes, technology and uniform governance, which in turn will minimize the risk across ABG businesses.

Qualification and experience: B.E. and 6-8 years experience.

Principal Accountabilities:

To monitor and improve the governance in the areas of endpoint, mail and internet access to deliver maximum uptime and security to businesses within defined SLAs:

- Manage incidents, problems and changes for the core infrastructure and services.

- Implement Change and Configuration management for the services

- Perform detailed problem analysis and make or implement recommendations to mitigate change risk and business impact.

- Assist in the development of capacity & availability plans for future expansions of infrastructure and managed services

- Establish robust monitoring mechanism for proactive alerts and exceptions

- Analyze performance metrics and create MIS reports on service performance

- Maintain &record service usage data for chargeback.

Monitor & Measure Vendor service compliance to ensure SLA based service delivery:

- Monitor vendor SLAs for compliance.

- Perform periodical service reviews with vendor.

- Implement approved service improvement plans.

- Ensure delivery as per contract obligations.

- AMC Renewal of in-scope products & Services

To Drive Service Improvement initiatives to improve overall service standards & customer satisfaction:

- To conduct the threat v/s risk mitigation program across the group

- To conduct CSAT survey across all businesses.

- To define and deploy policies and procedures for security operations and management

- Further enhance and deploy the industry best practices for better management and control in context to security domain.

To conduct risk assessment of security controls & processes of Security operations to mitigate security risk:

- Conduct periodic audits to identify technical vulnerabilities in infrastructure & applications and remediate

- Collect information and stay updated with the latest network threats and mitigation methodologies.
