- Steering overall financial operations encompassing Accounting, Budgeting, Reporting, Consolidation of Monthly Financial Statements, Preparation of Balance Sheet, Product Costing, Audits, SAP Controls (for Accounts, S&D, Purchase, Store& Logistics) and PO,COP & Indent Releasing in SAP and other functions
- Supervising the annual audit and coordinating audit schedules; managing Financial Audit, Cost Audit, GST Audit, Vat Audit, Excise Audit and CAG Audit
- Conducting effective operational analysis and strategic recommendation for the company's management team
- ENSURING continuous improvement of SAP system for better & effective control
- Administering all financial transactions, reporting and policies including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation
- Generating MIS reports, dashboards and other financial adhoc reports to keep a track of financial performance and support to management decision-making
- Performing periodic analysis (monthly, quarterly & annual) of product wise, branch wise - raw material purchase and consumption, finished goods sale &realization
- Reviewing Director's Report, Auditor's Report, Notes to Accounts, Minutes Books, Notice for Board Meeting, AGM and EGM
- Offering support to team in Income Tax Scrutiny cases and drafting of appeals
