SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

- We're looking for a talented marketer who'll be right at home in a dynamic environment, working with dedicated, and energetic people at Adfactors PR.

- Be a subject matter expert on social media - define the channel and organic content strategy

- Work with social media and digital leadership to help evolve agency metrics processes and techniques

- Be a creative thinker who has the ability to develop engaging ongoing and timely/reactive content

- Identify and aggregate themes, trends, and insights from social media channels, and use those to drive continuous improvements, both within the marketing team, and across the organization

- Research and report on social media campaigns, performance, trends, competitor benchmarking and opportunities

- Develop and execute a reporting cadence across the social channels to ensure that we are continuously improving, growing and showcasing our results

- Define the strategy for - Social Listening, recommending where, when, and how we should engage with conversations online

- Be the voice of the brand on social channels - respond to comments and answer questions about the client company, products, and services

- Be the point-of-contact for Social Media activities across multiple projects, liaising with other teams to represent the brand, products, and customer experience accurately

Who's a Good Fit For This Role :

- Familiar with various digital marketing formats including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok

- Excellent communication skills including presentation, writing and collaborating with immediate team.

- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, and the Google Marketing Platform

- Experience developing creative ad testing strategies to improve on key metrics (CPM, CPV, etc)

- Experience with marketing automation solutions, and DMPs is a plus

- Digitally native with a learning mind-set- keep up with industry trends and developments in digital marketing

- Entrepreneurial approach and desire to build new models and practices.

- Comfort with ambiguity

- Great collaborator with ability to work with various cross-functional teams
